It's a 15 percent reduction in pay but I'm actually considering it just to get away from here. I'm tired. I'm tired of having zero work/life balance and I'm tired of giving it my all and still being yelled at by my manager. I deserve better than this, even if it comes with lower pay. I still haven't made the final decision, but I'm more likely to accept than not.

United Health telephonic work!
Where are you going?
I opted out and have secured another RN position and am getting an increase. Salaries have gone up a lot recently. :)
I got an offer, 15% less, too...I'm grabbing it....after taxes, its not much of a big difference and the peace of mind is well worth the difference....I'm still struggling with the original post, and why they'd even question staying if that is what they've been going through...
Sounds like you need to talk to HR. I have never been yelled at here and I don't work over 8 hours!
I agree with the other posters….take the offer. You deserve to be treated better.
If a manager is yelling at you, that is inappropriate & needs to be taken to HR. The lines are recorded.
Leave Humana and find anything else that won’t ki-l your spirit and make you question your instincts and compromise your beliefs. After all it’s just a job, and if you are anything but a “yes man” you will be miserable at Humana.
...someone yelling at you all the time is the absolute opposite of healthy... 'the wellness' company is bs. Humana's only interest is $$ on thier bottom line. Get out...please, take care of yourself...you are agreeing to someone abusing you if you take this downsized role
You answered your question in your post…if this was a relationship with a person, would you stay in it if this is how you were treated or felt? Your job is a relationship with the company
I agree, take it. If you are that unhappy then maybe it is time to move on.
I'd take it.
