Anyone know how Parental Leave impacts bonus payouts, if at all? Searched through Teamworks but couldn't find much on it. Is it pro-rated?

Zero impact, though in my experience (and many others I've seen), motherhood puts you on the stalled track indefinitely. That's one reason many of us left this year.
I was actually expecting it to be prorated. So no, I did not feel entitled to it while I was on leave. It was a pleasant surprise.
Curious - those of you who took the 4 months - do you feel you’re entitled to the full bonus or would you be understanding if it’s prorated?
I've taken the full 4 months twice and got my normal bonus.. Even got paid it while I was out on one of them.
I took the leave before and had similar questions since it is not clearly spelled out in the handbook. My manager said it would be against policy to prorate it. Others in this thread says it’s up to manager discretion, but that’s not how I experienced it. I got my full bonus.
It’s up to your manager ultimately but says the bonus would be prorated..
Impact is worse for Tech....

ask your manager. as long as you worked 3 months during the year you'll get something, may be prorated but you'll get something. managers receive guidance on this from HR
It’s up to managerial discretion. I took it last year and my bonus was short maybe 1500 from the year prior.
I've taken maternity twice and had no impacts to my bonus amounts. Still based on my base salary and the work I was present for during the year.
Doesn't or shouldn't have any impact on bonus. I've taken paternity leave twice with no impact.
