I noticed my severance had a $0 STI payout. I thought we'd receive some prorated amount? Are you guys seeing the same?

@1dwp+1dyfRNpt Please go back and re-read. I didn't say 4 weeks per year. I said a minimum of 4 weeks. Like if you only have 1 year of service, you'd get 4 weeks, not 2.
@1ovp+1dyfRNpt Getting paid for personal days depends on your State. Some do, like MA and probably CA.
You get paid for your banked vacation but you do not get paid for your personal days. That's why you should usually spend personal days first.
Wrong. It's almost always 2 weeks per year. Once they did 3 weeks. That was something like 3 years ago.
There is not a minimum of 4 weeks per year they have routinely done 3 weeks for every year you have been with the company
yes
Does unused vacation get paid out, too?
2 weeks of pay per year. I believe there is a minimum of 4 weeks, unless that changed.
Is the package 1 week or 2 weeks of pay, per year, up to 35 weeks?
@ots+1dyfRNpt has the correct answer.
It’s because they haven’t calculated STI yet. Gotta wait till year end.
If yours works the same as mine it says 0 because your STI is not part of the package. The STI will be paid out with the other sti awards in February because you are on payroll at the cutoff date. So you still get it, but not as part of your severance package. It's just a regular STI payout.
