If everyone had to take a drink when Schart says, "Uhh, Ummm, Ahhh," they'd be dead from alcohol poisoning.

BoA CEO Brian is a pretty awful speaker too. He still stutters and sounds painfully shy in every interview. And he's been in that job over a decade.
So strange. Gorman usually comes across pretty polished and occasionally even cracks a bit of humor. Don't think I've ever heard the GS DJ speak yet
@1obj, self-made crook.
@alj+1dxjM7sw All made sense till you inserted Stumpf. He grew up poor on a farm. So doesn’t fit your story. Self made guy.
: @1dns+1dxjM7sw you said it perfectly bubba

I can’t upvote you enough.
after seeing and hearing him here at WFC, it is abundantly clear Dimon wouldve never handed over the JPM reigns to this guy. He was basically Dimon's caddie for years and rode that as high as he could, but it's clear the actual skill development didn't really take place. in over his head. no polish whatsoever. without the jpm name on his resume, he wouldve never been hired at Visa, BNY or WFC
That frozen smirk on his face must be from the Botox.
He was a Dimon reject, along w/ Jes Staley (barclays), Bill Winters (Stan Chart), Frank Bisignanon (Fiserv), etc
Mommy and Daddy spend their millions on getting their children in school.
Formerly highly regarded schools take the d-mb but with money kids over the smart kids.
D-mb money kids join frat, do things that should get them jail time, but we can't have that, momy and daddy bail they out.
D-mb money kids gets his paid for degree, his frat buddies help him jump to the top of the ladder.
Where the d-mb money kid and his frat bros use the company as their own personal ATM until they crash it, at that point another frat buddy is put in charge of the criminal investigation but instead of prison, or even some cushy club fed, you get John Stumpf walking away with tens of millions of dollars, while the people who's lives he ruined get blackballed from banking.

Charlie never had to be good at anything. All he did was get hooked up in a job out of college, complain to Dimon that he was bored and get promoted to exec level.
If that was the standard for becoming an exec I should have been one 30 days after being hired in each job I've held here.
What an embarrassment. Tim Sloan must be thinking "miss me yet"?
Totally agree that executive coaching is missing...his public speaking skills, or lack thereof, are cringeworthy!!!
Would have been refreshing to hear him be candid about the survey instead of ignoring how he was rated.
again, executive coaching is missing here. Not sure how he was able to climb up to CEO level speaking like that
He rolls his eyes after every question.
At this point, it would be better than listening to this goon drone on...
I was just thinking the same thing! LOL haha
