Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The survey just went away

Did I miss it or was this super important, please take it so we know what to do survey just.....evaporate?

I realize it was a bloodbath narrative on management, but did they really just make this go away?

Saul’s note about it is on Teamworks. Just read it yourself instead of relying on hearsay or guessing.

I hold back giving totally honest answers. I think they know who sends them in and I don't want to deal with the possible retaliation. The funny thing is is that overall, I am ok with my job. I just don't like the scandal in the past that hasn't gone away,

Discussed with my group this week. Mostly positive in terms of work, but awful for management and engagement

Did you hear the results were positive, or were you only told? My group was actually shown the horrible results from ours.

Oh yeah, they did not give any details. It was all sunshine and rainbows, extremely positive. I think I heard there was a 68 or so percent response rate. Hard to believe it was so positive. What I am hearing is the black and white thinking on RTO might be starting to loosen up.

The word that we got was that they were suprised that the survey results were so good.

Management expected it to be worse.

Was it that survey where they asked if we were considering leaving the bank? If so, we certainly didn't see those results.

They brushed it under the rug, the results were horrific.

Saul summarized it during his ama. Rainbows and unicorns. I’m in tech. Discussed it with my greater team (boss) of about 50 people. Dismal. Don’t know if our results are typical. I don’t have proof, but I question Saul’s numbers as they compare to other businesses
