Has anyone had any success with getting their Religious exemption approved? Several articles out there indicate companies are claiming 'undue hardship'.

I don't know a single person who has succeeded in obtaining a religious exemption. They claim that exemptions are available to not get immediately sued under the Civil Rights Act but they will not post statistics if they are actually granted.
If they enforce the vax and off payroll people that would not be a firing or termination. The individual would be volunteering to leave. Or not meeting conditions of employment. If you have to be vax to enter a facility and you refuse to vax you can’t come in. All you tuna head internet doctor and lawyer need some more research toilet time
@hdb+1dvF2DjS False, this has been discussed with Legal already. Its against the law for them to fire you, legal is currently working on this as I type this
Jab isn’t bad. Suck it up and actually do something to help society for once. If you can’t fit actual reasons not made up “don’t tread on me” stuff, thank those who can.
What’s amazing is the sheep who reply and how d-mb they really are.
This is not a vaccine if you can get Covid and give Covid . I read this stuff and I say wow Verizon really should go under if we are this stupid . These responses alone are why I will leave
Understand what a vaccine is you id--ts and yes I am vaccinated. I am just anti d-mb
Weekly testing is off the table. Unpaid leave. Then after two weeks. If you can't produce you received one shot during that two weeks. Your gone. Good luck people.
I would rather lose my job than lie in God's name. Some things are sacred.
Of course, if you really follow a religion that prohibits vaccinations then you should get the option of weekly testing.
even if you dont get the exemption, youll get put on unpaid leave. They will eventually take you back with weekly testing for covid put in place, just watch
Which confession will guarantee exemption?
