Planning to move? New and not good changes

WF really wants us to leave. If you don't get permission before you decide to move, it will be considered a voluntary termination.
And if your waiting to get that bonus before you leave, you might want to think again. Bonus rules are changing in 2022, and not to make it easier to get. Ditto with the 2022 severance package, too.

Voluntary resignation, not voluntary termination.

I don't care if they change the bonus.

if you move from one state to a other or one office to another why wouldn't you let your employer know? Seems like this would be the case for any company. My guess is on many instances it has more to do with taxes than anything elsemamd the company as well as you could get in trouble with the various local and state tax boards

I'm ignoring your post without more details. People have been saying that every other month for years and it hasn't happened yet. I'm not calling anyone out, but it's been fake news so many times in a row that it's not believable without details.

Severance did change. You now get 2 weeks pay and splinter from the stage coach that was hacked to pieces.

This board has been saying severance is changing for the last two years. It hasn’t.
