Waiting till they whip out Verint report and tell you they see every click of mouse and know what system you are in with 2 minute increments. Measure your idle time (which starts in 1 minute if mouse not moving so if reading have to scroll damn mouse over words), that is micromanaging and coming to a TEAM near you!!! Verint for all planned to make sure they get the MOST out of every moment you are logged in. God forbid you type or read slower then others. I hate companies that compare you to others! Parents told not to compare children, bosses don’t compare employees we are human HUMANA leaders not robots!!

What do they micromanage? Examples?? Do you get audits. We all do. Do you have to meet metrics. We all do? What is so bad?
Nope I am not lazy nor have I ever had any issues with any other leaders here or anywhere!! And the post stating good employees get micromanaged us true and even worse !!

Good employees don't get micromanaged? That's like blaming a victim for a crime. Some managers are just messed up.
Not only me they micromanage smart one. They are ridiculous and don’t need to be a leader
There is a difference between accountability and micromanaging
