If you work in a retail store you already know how help is stretched thin. Reps and managers have been leaving and new hires are slim pickens to fill those slots. What kind of provisions is Verizon making for the next few months for those of us who are hanging in ? Surely there must be a game plan to reduce the stress that is guaranteed to elevate in the coming weeks. At the very least retail should modify store hours to have a one shift format.

All the new hires in our area lasted a few days to a few weeks! :)
Cant get anyone to even fill the spots they learn right away it isnt worth it
Retail employees should help Verizon have a successful holiday season by quitting. F Verizon.
Last poster is right. Without inventory how do we hit our quota? I bet they'll make adjustments to our ridiculously high quota after the holidays so that we each make an extra $50 and then act as if they really care about us like they usually do.
Whatever, take your time with the tech guests. Milk the clock. Use your 15 min breaks and take your lunch. It doesnt matter. None of this matters.
Have another $ 800 upgrade trade in deal on upgrades with no phones in stock! That will be their plan. Not one word has been said about stock levels or transportation and supply chain issues. They have no clue on what’s happening in the stores? If they do they just don’t have a plan. Lastly, why would a corporate store employee ever do an upgrade (unless broken phone) with no accessories or insurance ever.
It will get even worse when good people start leaving over this mandate.
Haha that would be a rational decision. The real action will be slam more numbers, non stop micromanaging to ensure everyone is sufficiently beat up. Drive moral into the toilet, and rinse and repeat.
