Front Line Leads MIA?

Anyone else have their FFL, suddenly leave this afternoon. I think the RIF is in motion.

I don’t think they tell the managers and leads if they’re being impacted in the meeting with the rest of us, they’re told earlier, since they still have their role to do…they were probably there to be part of the opt out process. And if 170 were there, the RIF is going to be higher than expected?

Lots of comments about the “Business Meeting.” That doesn’t speak to the original post about FLL being MIA. Any update on that?

There was a meeting invite that was sent out this morning for a 4-4:30 meeting for those who opted out. I am not sure if those managers and COMS that attended were there because they opted out OR to be informed of information to be able to share with their teams. All In all, there were about 170 people in attendance, including those conducting the meeting.
