Will they then start mandating how you treat your other medical problems?

The Vax changes your immune system and leaves you more vulnerable and unable to fight off other ailments. Any other vax with 16k deaths attributed to it would have been pulled from the market.
If you have the antibodies there is ZERO need for vax!

So those that got the jab say it’s no big thing right? What happens in 3 months when your told to get the booster shot? What will you say then? I think we all need to stick together or fall divided.

With planes being grounded and jab mandates coming, if you are in Aero then it's a sure RIF by January. Just hope they allow you to stay to the 401k match date.

Your 1% number only represents the ones leaving without submitting exemptions or ones where their exemptions were not approved.

Consider ALL of the exemption requests as a warning shot to HON. That’s where they will know the real impact if they don’t approve them. They will never disclose the real number of exemption requests or outright cease and desist letters directly from lawyers.

The company has every right to mandate that you get vaccinated. Just like you have every right to go work somewhere else. See how that works snowflake?

HW's "high and mighty ethical standards" talk is and always has been hollow HR industry CYA bluster. It is the same at many other corporations, BTW. By providing ethics training and having written standards, they fly under gov radar. Expect no changes there.

On average, less than one percent of people are quitting at companies that have so far enforced the vaccine mandate. Your 20 percent estimate is wishful thinking. All this will do is help reduce layoffs. I welcome it.

I think the OP is on to something. If you had Covid and do get the jab anyway, prove that you have the antibodies and print out the FAQ showing that HON made you undergo an unnecessary medical procedure and I think you've got a pretty good case if you have any side effects. I'm no lawyer but it seems there could be real liability there.

If anyone listened to the clown doctors today, the lawyer was asked if Honeywell is responsible for any Adverse Effects from the jab. He basically said no because its voluntary, so Honeywell isn't liable. Amazing. So take the jab at your own risk, there is nobody there to help if you get sick from it. You see pilots dyeing mid-air, basketball players careers over from blood clots, and ordinary people developing heart conditions. This is beyond insane.

Ethics are for the serfs doing all the work; not the jerk-offs at the top.

I'm going to collect my 401k then leave. These are Honeywell mandates, not the government. There is nothing the government put out that can be enforced legally. Honeywell cannot be fined, Honeywell can continue to do business with the government without issue. This is self imposed.

I know I'll be leaving. Why should I get the jab when my site is closing next year.
