Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Worse Place I Ever Worked In My Life

Wells Fargo was the WORST place I ever worked in my life. This Board is one mere symptom of its failed leadership, rotten culture (widely known by Congressional leaders and OCC) and long established history of employee and customer abuse and fines associated with it.

Don't forget, right now, the former Chief Auditor (DJ) and CRO of Community Bank (CRA) along with another executive audit director (PM) that got fined millions in January 2020 are currently in an administrative trial with the OCC over their fines (these are the 3 of the 8 who got fined then and have not yet paid and taken accountability). I hope when the trial is over the outcome is publicized later this year and the OCC fines levied stand. I was outraged then when I worked there and still am.

Why anyone would want to work in such a circus is beyond me. I am so glad I'm finally gone, I wish I could just of forget about the entire experience and the impact it has had on me.

@ 2aky+1deDdiK8 Hello, tighter? This place is full of LOSERS - which is why so many are looking outside or looking forward to being paid to leave.

Have some compassion. I know many who've left WF that still have a form of PTSD from this place. The pain lingers for a long time.
