Wells Fargo will never change so expecting to see things improve is like standing in front of a boulder and expecting it to move instead of walking around it. Just leave already.

Nobody forces them to be here, in fact nobody else here even wants them to stay.
Yet the troll can't leave.
It's imprisoned, it's brain stuck, hooked on the thrill of pretending it's meaningless ascii drivel is validated in a void of others' valid grievances.

The OP isn't wrong but there are less di ckish ways of making the point.
And the OP fails to take into account people's individual situation.
Some are close to retirement, some are not in a geographic location with a lot of other opportunities.
Some people need the benefits (a chain to a job that medicare for all would remove, allowing people to start more businesses and leave jobs that are destructive).
But mostly, be less di ckish about stuff and probably find something better to do, OP.
A bunch of adult crybabies. Cry because they have to log into work on Monday. Cry because they don't want to rto. Cry because they want a layoff. I have never seen so much whining when like the op said, no one is holding you prisoner. So many would love to be in your shoes, yet you stay here in whine. I'm glad I don't know you all. That's all they'll ever do is whine and complain and think management cares. I said it. I will go away from this forum and come back again and see the same complainers and they have been here for years. Still here, though. No action taken.
