Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Remember this, any company can create and enforce their own policy and procedure. If Lowes decided to have employees vaccinated it can be their own policy. Just like all the other polices.

If you elect not to follow the policy then you can be terminated. If you choose that path they (Lowes) would fight unemployment as it would be no different than an attendance policy. Every unemployment agency 1st question is why have then been separated?

But what's really interesting is this: OSHA doesn't need to enforce the mandate...if all the corporations do the "mandating" for them. That way the "Let's Go Brandon" administration can say they didn't do anything illegal...but we're still suffering the same consequences.

They stated they will be enforcing the law by the federal courts who have blocked the mandate twice already.

If you don't abide by the mandate, you get no unemployment funds.

"Hoax" doesn't always indicate that something doesn't exist in the real world...it can mean "man-made". Just sayin'...since this hasn't acted like any other known virus, (or vax, for that matter!) maybe we should keep that in mind...and if I don't want to take the (Let's Go Brandon!) vax...then I'm NOT GOING TO. And just maybe, people who still don't understand why, need to open their eyes and see what's right in front of them... people keep thinking the unvaxxed are at death's door, but I see it the other way around, and I've done my research. You still need to do yours.

I've been vaccinated and wear a mask every single day. Even still tested positive for covid because of the fu----g losers who choose not to do the right thing. So guess what? I going to work every single day with no mask and am going to cough, sp-t, blow sn-t on everything and everyone I come in contact with, especially the non-vaxers. See if we can thin the herd and rid the world of stupid people.

OSHA is the one that is suspending this circus side show illegal mandate.

If you're not getting the jab get fired before the mandate goes into effect. Simple

The OSHA mandate has been suspended by OSHA. Anyone continuing to implement a suspended mandate is stupid.

It clearly states that lowes will pay for testing. So really not sure what the issue is. Other businesses have been doing this for a long time now. It also says you can still where your masks and not get vaccinated while this is being argued in court. So really what is the reason this would get unemployment? It’s just like any other OSHA standard. Do they fire employees for leaving pallets leaned ($10k fine) or for smoking on lowes property (class A violation). No. They let cr-p slide all the time.

And yet it was heavily reported and put up on osha website that they have suspended all implementation of their ETS per court order and further ruling. Lowes can't have it both ways. This is either their mandate or they need to wait for the legal process to play out
