10-20 percent cuts in Network Engineering Services. Most teams had to give up 5 or more individuals. Some managers as well. This happened yesterday.

That area has been hemorrhaging folks all year. Any experience is long gone.
Some of you begged for it.
At this point it can’t come as a shock. The only reason I’m still here is that severance will take me to Medicare. If I were younger there’s no way i would waste my time in this place.

Sc--w Wells Fargo!!! Wait till your 50 and worked there most of your life. I know countless individuals HR told us to get rid of because even though they wouldn’t say it, they would just eliminate positions and look for ways to fire people with no severance. Mary Mack was right there with Stumph in the 8 is great sticky banking as well so glad I am long gone from there.
