Any Forecast on Attrition In Q122?

Does HR run any forecasting models to understand attrition rate in Q122?

HR slowly tightening the screws on our pathetic raises, higher cost of benefits, etc. Their attrition forecast is akin to playing jenga.

They see their friends laid off and get out while the getting is good.

Imagine that.

Lot of good people I know have already left, but not so many in the last few months.

I'm close to retirement, and am hoping for a package (after my 401k match and hopefully a bonus!). Otherwise I'd have left long ago. I know others on my team who are thinking the same.

I left my group (for an internal position). 2 other people also left recently. And if I remember correctly at least one or two more left during the year.

Some moved internally, some left the company.

Combine the no-target, fully discretionary bonuses with already low morale, you can bet that folks will be leaving in droves after December's 401k matches and February's bonuses are posted.

Many, many people leaving my LOB prior to 401k match and it will be a bloodbath post-bonus. With the software imposed hiring freeze and a recent high in open job postings WF will be in operational heII (even moreso) by Q2 2022.

rofl no part of the bank is doing forecasting let alone HR; but the rolling numbers speak for themselves. It's UP UP UP

if the no salary increase for those making 150k or more holds, you can bet the farm that there will be a mass exodus in February. Only those close to retirement holding out for a package will stick around.

People are just waiting for their bonus and 401k at this point. Tiny raises (no raises for some) in the face of high inflation guarantee people will at least look around.

@1fqm+1dRLRcC3 In my area we've been experiencing a mass exodus already.
