Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Hey Chuck -- Pull the plug on your clumsy and inept blog...

Or at least get better writers. You don't need to pay others to make you sound like clueless and out-of-touch with the plebeians and hoi polloi.

Err, well, you know.. ah.. you can uhh.. ummn...ah..speak for yourself? Then again, communication is not really "your thing."

This week’s entry was great! I especially loved how he listed out the questions asked by the glide participants, but no answers. Very insightful!

@1jqp+1dPNsoJr while that may be true the constant negativity only leads to.....more negativity! At some point you have to accept where you're at or move on.

Making everyone miserable and thinking you're a miserable S-B does nothing to improve anyone's situation. If all the talk is to be believed, once bonus pays, those with the most marketable skills will be on their way to less miserable pastures. Good luck if you're one of them.

@1zfc having the company you've spent decades working for go from a high performing, friendly, tight-knit team into the most toxic, look out for #1, everyone for themselves environment possible tends to do that.

Why should I pay attention to anything that Charlie says when his location strategy has targeted me as redundant?

I've had no trouble not reading it, a lot like most things on teamworks that I'm not interested in which is basically most things.

You could just not read it if it bothers you so much.

The constant negativity of this place (this board is a direct reflection of the attitudes off of it as well) is stifling. I've never worked with a more miserable group of people.

Chuck doesn’t use Corp Comms. He has no respect for the function or the leader. He does it all on his own.

The only reason executives do these is as a response to a PR team who is usually called in when a leadership team is under fire and employees are leaving.

The PR kids come in and recommend social media as a remedy, and yes its usually some intern running it.
