Why does Wells have so many Operational Risk Management roles posted on job boards? I am interested in applying for the Operational Risk Management role within the CIB line of business as I currently work in a similar role at a larger bank that is big player in CIB
Does anyone have any insight on this? I am aware of the banks issues (reg, asset cap etc) but not sure how the CIB business is and if operational risk in the 2 line of defense would be a good role? I do know that the firm as a whole has had a lot of operational problems so i assuming CIB would have its fare share as well.
Any input will be appreciated.
