Who in Marketing came up that campaign? How much are we spending? Probably a lot of money. What is the point? Will it bring in customers? No! I thought the re-established campaign was bad. This takes the cake.

They are spending a fortune on this campaign and it is terrible.
Jamie M and her merry band of branding failures have been gone for over a year.
The Hope campaign is a Public Affairs/Barri R product.
Our Marketing sucks. Jamie Moldafsky ki---d it when she brought in all her peeps and all the great people went to other companies.
Who approved this garbage?
lol, thought the same thing: "We get it"
Maybe they hired the marketing team from the show “Succession”
What does it even mean? What am I supposed to take away from this?
It sounds pathetic. Hope is not a strategy.
It is truly terrible.
Hope is their only strategey.
More smoke and mirrors in the form of an advertising campaign. Way to go Wells Fargo...
Big Bird.
That's actually Hope, USA
Small things make a difference like ... being able to read.
And of course the average person who sees the work will peruse it carefully enough to discern the intended meaning.
Either way this campaign is the worst one yet. If the point is to garner goodwill by posing as a bank that supports small business, it would help to not bury that messaging beneath layer and layers of meaningless BS.
Then of course meaningless BS is what we do.

Yes you’re correct. Small things make a difference - such as ethics, character, kindness, honesty, transparency, the Golden Rule, leadership, ability to follow regulatory requirements, fiduciary responsibilities towards shareholders - all things which Wells Fargo is lacking in.
You obviously have very strong feelings about this.

Hope USA, sponsored by the same company offshoring US jobs.
One thing you can always count on Wells Fargo for: to mislead and deflect. I think they’re starting to believe their own hype.
We have a top flight advertising agency, BBD&O, hired by the ever brilliant Jamie M, that does the major campaign work. This is no doubt them earning their money.
