38% sounds close to the high water mark of the former guy so the numbers aren't that bad. I'd have to think if the mandates impact 83 million workers and 60 million of them just go "what the he-l" and get the vax, you're still better off than you would be had you'd done nothing. Nice try, but you're not telling the whole story. Federal vax mandates are NOT settled law. It's not in the Constitution, therefore 10A applies. All the vax mandates you can point to are state directed, and they don't apply to the population at large, just people going to schools etc. If this wasn't the case, BP would be shooting up every illegal they catch.
