@1ngv or, as in my case, they're looking at the picture which shows me, and at least one other person on my team being paid roughly 66% of what some of our coworkers are being paid under the same job title.

  1. 5% or enough to reach your midpoint, whichever of the two is the lesser amount.

Job reclassifications that took place in two waves during the past year will have heavy impact on midpoints for many people.

For example, if you were at 96% of midpoint and then got reclassified into a title where you're now at 104% of midpoint, you won't be getting any increase.

@1hwn my MRP went up by 25% with the last retitle.

We have another retitle coming so I expect them to lower it and use that as justification for screwing us.

In a couple months my job will be mapped to a job with a slightly higher midpoint. I'm hoping my pittance of a raise will come with the new midpoint in mind. But I'm not holding my breath.

For executives, yes.

For the rest of us, no.

market adjustments are always being done and your manager has nothing to do with it.

Market adjustments are done for job titles not LOB’s.

Can anybody tell us which LOBs are getting market adjustment raises?

They are doing market adjustments & in some cases, a team member can make more then their manager. Only certain job titles are getting market adjustments. I’m not sure if the ones making these decisions are just stupid for not looking at the big picture or if they want some to resign after hearing what others are making.

I don't know what performance rating I will get for the "short" year end review. However in preparation I am now receiving my $1,100 per month pension from a prior great company that I worked for. AND wow, I am eligible for Social Security at full retirement age come January 2022. Almost $3,000 per month Social Security benefits will begin for me come January 2022. Hanging in there to pay all of those ever increasing bills. NOT RETIRING. Will finally have some extra money to save up for retirement.

Not sure why @1ctn is being downvoted. They are definitely doing market adjustments. I was told this was per job title. It was significant adjustment upward for me, which I took as validation of what I already knew - I was way underpaid.

When you say market adjustment, do you mean COLA, but in the Wells sense?

Who decides who gets the market adjustment and amount?

Can a manager decline to pay the adjustment if they don't like the employee, think they're not worth it, etc., or is it more like HR telling the manager the employee's new pay and that's all their is to it?

Some people are currently getting market adjustments separate from performance reviews. Seems to be a company wide thing.
