We’ve heard this since Y2K. Guess what? Very little is automated because conditions have to be perfect for it to work. Guess what? The real world is not perfect. Not even close.

dead weight = mygroup

there are these people working here 10+, 15+ and they know how to skate by doing nothing and getting paid

the dead weight will love this! this way get rid of the people that work hard and make them look bad, and with automation they can get free money for doing nothing!

These banks are an old business model and have to start catching up with the new business models, or will be impossible for them to compete.
