Wow, they seriously deleted the post that called the BOD/ELT the incompetent fools they are, since they have been waiting two years for people to quit in order to avoid 0-12 months severance for those people?

@1ita pretty easy to miss if you're the type of person who skips the homepage since it's irrelevant to your job 99% of the time.
I'm literally in meetings half the day, doing actual productive work the rest of the day, and don't have the bandwidth to sit and watch the Teamworks home page. Even if I hit it, say, once a day, in the morning, I'd have missed this.
Teamworks is literally your work browser homepage, hard to miss the announcement... if you're actually logged on and working.
My e-mail came through at 9:17 PM local time.
This just means that management is going to be under even more pressure to reach their "headcount goals", especially before bonuses go out.
Trust me, they are NOT happy with this.
The delay till January means one thing. Mandatory vaccination as a requirement for continued employment. WF has been nice, but expect an announcement and deadline for all domestic employees to provide proof prior to the pushed out January return date.
This lines up with incoming federal mandates for businesses with more than 100 employees that contract with the Federal Government.. of which WF is one. Simply put, times up. If you’re vaccinated you’re good. If not you have time to do it. If you’re not going to do it, you don’t have a job.🤷🏻

There have been multiple emails about RTO and to check Our Workplace on Teamworks for your building assignment starting on 9/27, which was yesterday.
I’m certainly not complaining but I have to wonder, after seeing all these companies firing unvaccinated employees, why they wouldn’t force us in just to fire all the non-vaccinated. Seems like an easy attrition strategy to me. I don’t want that to happen. I just think they are evil jerks so I figured I shouldn’t put it past them.

@1ytf+1d3ojuiL - Timing is suspicious after the big RTO location announcement yesterday. Both of these had to be in the works for weeks prior to the announcement. Although maybe this is Chuckie’s way of calming the waters after all the blow back yesterday. It’s just a giant mindf-ck!

I know this board is full of cynics, but the above statement is true. Loudspeaker is closely watched. It's new, and those at the top really want it to work.
That doesn't mean every idea gets a green light. But if you feel strongly about something, never let the thought of 'someone else already submitted this' stop you from doing it too. More voices = more likelihood of the idea being accepted.
