Can anyone share the experience? I honestly think my salary is too low. Please help and advice.

To get a raise you have to find a new job inside or outside WF. Period.
Inside there are multiple caps - MRP for the job title, and HR will limit it to max 15% raise. There are few exceptions everywhere, but they are exceptions.
If you are still able to complete one year, write a good performance review. Good managers will think to raise your pay.
In my experience, if you want to move up, you have to move out.

Go back and read your post. You may try getting an education as a start. Then maybe you can use full sentences that make sense. Best of luck to you when you get displaced and quit.
Wow - "I am ready to displaced and quit, it is Wells Fargo lost"
I read a prior post about hiring poorly at WF in recent years. Looks like we have an example of that right here.
The only way to get a promotion is apply internally. The amount of raise depends on where you go. Some have really made out, some not so much.
@OP go to Teamworks. Find the Job Families tool. Go there and type in your job title. Assume WF targets around 85% of midcap, should tell you where you lie. Good luck.
- Wells Fargo manager denied me raises, promotions, transfers, though I am never a problem employee,
- I work in a dead end job for six years.
- Wells Fargo is a toxic corrupt workplace; its who you know and kiss as--s to move up in the Wells Fargo.
- I dont feel ashamed or bitter because my work pays for house, foods, expenses, support my family and children.
wait, what now? You not bitter?

My advice is to apply with another company. Chances are that you’re going to end up with a starting offer that’s better than your current pay. Wells Fargo NOTORIOUSLY lowballs their talent. Good luck.🍀
I know 3 who asked, including myself. Did not happen. CA. Below market.. no raise in 3 yrs. Customer facing. Two have left.
Wells Fargo will treat you bad after you ask.
You asking for a promotion to higher level or just want more money to do the same thing you are doing? If the latter, what percent of midpoint for your position do you make?
Hopefully you're not based in CA. No raises or promotions going fwd.
I have successfully asked for q raise twice in my 25 year career. Both outside of wf
Scheduled meeting with my supervisor shared how much i value them and the work. Shared specifics on the contribution ive made and that i wanted to continue with the organization showed data of external competitor pay for similar role and contributions
Didnt threaten to leave or make demands. Stayed on track with contribution value i brought to org
Not sure that approacu would be successful at wf but at two other national banks the approach was successful
Good luck
You work at Wells Fargo, obviously your pay is low.
If you are looking for fair pay, apply to a company with competitive salary.
Ah ha ha ha
