Associated Press has a poll out today that shows 59% of remote workers favor getting vaccines if forced to go into the office.
As someone working full time from home for the last 14 years, I have hardly ever gotten a cold or the flu, because I'm not around sick people as much.
Pre-symptomatic people go to work and spread cooties, and even sick people go into the office when they should stay home.
So I think our experience with avoiding germs/viruses is part of the reason why the poll shows we're pro-vax.

There is no herd immunity until 70-80% are vaccinated. You anti-vaxxers have prevented that.
Vaccination does not prevent Covid from being passed, it jump starts your antibodies and helps you throw it off. Again, the unvaccinated are more susceptible because they are unprotected. The more the virus spreads, the more it mutates and there may be a point nothing can stop it. But id--ts don’t listen to real science.

@2dvr. There is a difference between testing positive and getting sick. The vaccinated can throw it off easier, the unvaccinated end up in the hospital just wanting to breathe.

Don’t count on that either. People have gotten it twice, those who had original COVID have gotten the delta variant.

You had a choice of getting the vax. Now allow others to make own choice. Vax is amazing and you can now live in your safe utopia where unicorns are flying over rainbows.

Any public or private entity that is receiving or will receive public funds through any means, including grants, contracts, loans, or other disbursements of taxpayer money, shall not require a consumer to provide, as a condition of receiving any service or entering any place. documentation regarding the consumer’s vaccination status for any COVID-19 vaccine administered under an emergency use authorization.

I am not necessarily an anti vaxer but I just saw where there were 15 reputable studies that showed those who have had Covid have a more robust immunity to the virus than what a vaccine can provide. So if I have had the Covid why shouldn’t I have the choice to vax or not without someone having a meltdown ?

Aside from the concerns regarding overwhelming the medical system, I'm personally totally fine with folks not being vaccinated. If you could at least wear a damn mask, though, and correctly...
