3 questions? What a joke. No room for an actual opinion... They don't want to hear from us and how miserable working for Verizon has become over the past few years. NONE of our systems work, they spout how important mental health is but if you even mention struggling from being overworked and underappreciated, you get "the job fit talk". Care Directors and ESPECIALLY THE OPS DIRECTORS are entitled and selfish who DEMAND, DEMAND, DEMAND more and more. Everything is a falling apart in Care...I'm very close to my boss who shares A LOT with me. They keep making making terrible decision after terrible decision and over engineering common sense tasks and projects. VPs of call centers... maybe start actually listening to the people doing the jobs, not just the ones making the decision on processes/systems THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!

If surveys worked and the company truly cared what we think we wouldn't be wearing denim!
Verizon investors should be nervous hearing about the lack of true leadership and the number of veterans jumping ship.
You should take your mental health day. Never let this company guilt trip you into not taking time for yourself. Life is too short and this company doesnt go above and beyond for you so why would you go above and beyond for them? Just show up for the hourly and clerk. Who cares. Nothing at this place is worth the extra effort anymore. Leadership deserves this. They cant even be bothered to get rid of these denim outfits at the very least so our efforts should be minimal in response.
i stopped liking my job after covid, its annoying and stressful and i tried using a mental health day and was made to feel guilty because were short staffed so i went anyways, i like my bosses im
close to them on a personal level so i did it for that reason otherwise i would of said tough. everyone is miserable and trying to leave we just lost 1 and were already short staffed. personally i dont care about the queue i dont let it bother me and i just do what i do, if id--ts want to wait for an hour than thats their problem, im not stressing myself out for garabage comm payout
The original poster is 100% correct. Our “leaders” lack a leadership mindset and fail to act like a leader. Some seem all too happy to secure the title (and compensation) then check out. Give lip service when it suits them, then pocket veto anything that requires holding themself or their team the slightest bit accountable for following through on their own commitments. What a joke.
Who actually completes the Pulse survey? Engineered to paint a pretty picture while intentionally prohibiting the uncovering of actual pain points and broken structures and systems. All this just so “leaders” can pat themselves on the back for minor improvements in fake metrics.
you mean 1 doesnt mean best? maybe now they will know how it feels like getting nailed on surveys.
Leave wireless.. I left and I love where I work, i moved into software sales. I still go through the micromanagement PTSD from Verizon, but my current manager cares more about my mental health and family then the next demo i have to perform. Good luck yall! Verizon sux.. and the upper management is driving you all to the ground, no need to do that..
Don't not take them. Just nuke them 1s down the line.
How about we stop answering them in surveys since we can’t put verbatim?
Not even room for a verbatim. They don’t want to hear it.
We need to all stop filling them out. What is the point of these surveys if can't voice your concerns and issues. Don't ask questions if you don't care to know the answer to Ex How satisfied are you with your company as a place to work?
I wonder how many people are actually fed up with how we are being treated in wireless.. considering there's barely any staff left, maybe not that many
