What other reasons are people going to come up with to justify wanting to quit? Just admit you're not happy here and you want to leave and be done with it. You don't need an excuse. Nobody is going to blame you. Even if you don't think you're using it as an excuse, if something as small as vaccines and the return to the way things were can get you to consider leaving, then you're ripe to go regardless.

They confirmed to me that caregiver accommodations are no longer allowed. Even with a valid medical note from a neurologist, accommodations were denied for a caregiver of a family member with severe epilepsy.

Obviously wf execs are cowards. They cry like whiny children about cutting expenses, then do NOTHING. Other than threatening the workers. Making everyone so miserable so they will quit, so the cheapskates wont have to pay any severance. Just money grubbing spineless jellyfish.
