I've seen too many people say over the last few months they can't properly rest during the weekend due to work. You have to change this. If you don't you'll completely burn out and that's going to cost you either your job, your health, or both. I know it's easier said than done, but learn to leave work at work. Take it from somebody who's been doing this for 30 years. That's the only way to survive and remain normal.

I once took PTO on Friday and Monday, for a trip over the weekend.
My manager at that time told me I still had to be available on Saturday and Sunday.
People sometimes don't quit because of the company. They quit because of their manager.
If you have a mortgage and children, you worry. It is the "degree to which" that is the tell-tale sign.
Some of us have to work weekends too because of change management.
Sunday is my only consistent day off on the weekend.
I think a lot of people have work on their minds on the weekends because of the toxic environment. You don't have to be working on the weekends for it to weigh on you. Just the mere weight of this place and knowing you work in it, wears many people down.
