Good amount of layoffs in phone bank/ocs today. Our center lost 11 managers today of about 25

This group seems like it. Between the distributed developer groups, lack of knowledgeable systems people, layoffs, shoving half tested code in and calling it agile, and the offshoring over the last two years, we’ve never had so many production defects.
which tech groups are gone?
