Just look at the numbers. Safra bragged in the latest earnings report that ORCL spent $2 bil on capex in FY21 and is increasing it to $4 bil. GOOG and MSFT spend $22 bil each, and most of that is data center / infrastructure buildout. ORCL has been outspent by its competition more than 10 to 1. This is Infrastructure as a Service - you must provide infrastructure, and ORCL isn't doing it.
Oracle is one very large scam, inside and out. Great work LE! You've taught your followers well.

ORCL doesn’t play by the rules by not showing cloud revenue and only reports revenue that is convenient to them; because if they did, it would be detrimental to their business
