For Anyone trying to leave VZw right now is the best time most companies will hire you in the spot and some will even match your pay. Anyways would never go back to that he-l place know as Verizon wireless retail store I predict it will just get worst.

I am interested in what are your experiences with getting a matching pay?
I left Verizon from B2B technical sales and I moved into a large software company making over $200K/year with around $30K in RSUs (I live in SoCal). The grass is way greener on the other side.. My salary alone is what I made at Verizon with commission, I also get commission on top of my salary.
Can someone give example of co pants that snapped them up? Im Desperate to find something that can at least pay my Bill's and not leave me in the red like verizon
I left telecommunications in April and got a M-F, base pay a little less commission more than doubled. Same benefits. Other companies like wireless employees, we are well suited for most jobs.
Yeah exactly right. The pay is easily matched or exceeded if you have marketable skills. The company seems to want to hire very low-grade workers for what is actually a high-skill job. If they could use a website, we wouldn’t be there. The customers matter, and we are a liaison to the customer. I pray things change …
It's easy right now leave. You make the same amount at Target now or any office job.
