Do you feel that it's nonsensical to drive across town to sit on conference calls all day?
Do you feel that it's impossible to reconcile 'being more productive in the office' with senior leaders' encouragement to have 'water cooler discussions to eventually get promoted'? Why would I be promoted for standing around talking instead of working?!
COVID risks are getting worse. Nuff said on this topic.
Drive across town for no reason, polluting the air and risking collisions everyday - to sit on calls. This is not consistent with Wells' claim to want a carbon footprint reduction.
You have outlets to voice your dissatisfaction. Use them, very senior people ARE paying attention, and no, you won't get in trouble for constructively voicing your concerns.
It's the only way RTO will be rethought.
