Received an email from HR back on 8/4 and took it then. Today another invite to take the survey...What are they hoping to do? Flood the zone with "positive responses" by waiting just long enough for the DHCP to assign a new IP address to my laptop so they can capture two separate survey responses from the same person to make up for those who ignored it?

I rated them poorly
Got the, "Thanks, but you have already replied"-message.
Why would anyone respond when it's not anonymous and unfavorable responses could put you on the retaliation list?
Lol @pqf+1chwJnNB, you’re just exuding positivity all over the place! Clearly you are a VERY HAPPY person. Not.
It was just a reminder. The prior email/invite didn’t work for some employees, thus the “reminder”. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t deluged by negative feedback from the surveys they already received back (I was not kind on mine). They’re probably trying to offset some of the negativity with a showing from the Corporate KoolAid drinkers. Anything to Wells-splain their way out of taking any real, meaningful action. It’s just a tool to fabricate a false perspective of active employee engagement. They want us to think they care. They don’t.🤷🏻
Unfortunately, Corporate Communications neglected to include the word REMINDER.
It's called a reminder. If you already completed you cannot submit again.
Great Post - Id--t ! Maybe if you used your time more wisely and for positive activities you might be a happier person.
