LinkedIn is the way. Just got a notification from there for Frame.io and it turns out they have a fair amount of remote roles. Again, think small. The big corporations are inflexible.

How many times can this question be asked? No wonder people are getting poor marks and laid off, to stupid to come up with new content.....
Smaller companies are already using WFH to compete against bigger companies and salaries. Some jobs will never be WFH, but many jobs in the information age will be. Some jobs will be outsourced, but really only by bigger companies that have resources with campuses and security in other countries. You cannot just have people access your resources all over the world. If an employee steals ip in the US, you have some recourse. If the same thing happens in most of the world, well, you are out of luck.
I’m actually looking forward to having the office as an option in addition to my home. I miss actually being with other people and I miss having a dedicated space just to focus on work.
Dropbox, USAA, Crowd Strike, Ferguson, Amazon, Google, Splunk are some of the companies with 100% remote roles. However, it depends on the type of role you are seeking. Just do a search on LinkedIn.

For me, two healthcare orgs, two consultancies, two insurers, two fintechs, four software shops. A few more that I can’t remember what they did. Most of them midsized, fewer than 10k employees. But I only applied to remote companies and didn’t rely on headhunters coming to me.
Most interviews I am doing now offer WFH as a perk.
I am super curious what the other poster who said their interviews were for RTO exclusively does for work.
What companies? I get hit up by recruiters every day for in office jobs only, no remote or remote until covid over.
With 250k employees it's safe to say it's a certainty that at least one employee would leave to avoid RTO. Therefore, the answer is "yes". Lock it up mods.

Yes, some recruiters are using this as a benefit for the role. I know a couple people who work for other companies that have already left their jobs for full times WFH.
Remote roles are not in abundance. Many companies are going to bring people back at some point!
