They make it out like they want to know for your safety. Feels more like they want to know to force you back in the office and get rid of the unvaccinated.

That's such cr-p that it's "required" now. I don't think it's any of their business. What's going to happen if I refuse? Are they really going to fire someone over not filling out? Perhaps. But I will refuse to fill this nonsense out. Vaccinated or nobody is exempt from carrying or getting covid so what's the point of giving this place any more personal info especially when it comes to medical matters.
Well look at that, it is now mandatory to list your vaccine status in workday.
Just like the engagement survey was “anonymous” you think they won’t narrow down by position or branch who is or who is not vaccinated. I feel it will be reported back to the leaders. Feels like they are going for the Scarlett letter method. I am vaccinated but feel it is NOT their right to know.
If you choose not to be vaccinated, I'd rather not work next to you.

The bank has every right to enforce vaccinations, get the shot, so we can move on with our lives!
Sc--w them. None of their business. Run the bank and leave us alone. It’s my choice to get vaccinated. I promptly hit delete when I read that email.
I deleted the email and am not filling out the registry. I am vaxxed, but its none of their business and I am not giving them an excuse to bring me back into the office full time
They didn’t ask if you had been vaxed for polio, smallpox, mumps, measles, answer is the same. Nunya, as in none of your business. Have the ba--s to require it or don’t ask, but then again this leadership has already proven they have big cojonas to pull off this alleged merger of equals!
