I wish people would get as fired up about the horrible working conditions, lack of proper raises, constant cuts in benefits, rampant nepotism and cronyism, and a myriad of other important stuff as much as they do about vaccines. How about a walkout against unnecessary layoffs? Or against nepotism-driven promotions? Things that could improve our working conditions?

People need to grow up. It's a job and it is the same everywhere. The common person is the mushroom of the working world. We take all the sh-t while the higher ups get all the credit and money. It is how it always has been and always will be. Thats capitalism, take it or leave it.

I'm not buying that. Big difference between working to live and living to work. I give it 100% every day then I go home and don't give it a thought until the next business day. You want to carry the baggage and negativity from this site around, that's on you but don't assume that everyone else feels the same way. This is an echo chamber, nothing more and nothing less.
Percentages are still small, but there was a post a few days back with 7800 views, so there are more than 2000 people are on this site though not every day.
Also - I think it is not a fair assumption to say the rest of the employees are happy or don’t let WFC ruin their lives. First, there are plenty of employees who have no idea this site exists - but they frequent it once they learn about it. Second, WFC is ruining lives every day. Just because employees are not commenting out here doesn’t mean they aren’t negatively affected by our past and current pitiful management and Board.
It is perfectly normal to be stressed out/unhappy/disenchanted working for a company who has put a target on the backs of 25% of their employees. People’s reactions vary based on their immediate boss and their LOB.
The people who “don’t let WFC ruin their lives” are the employees who don’t take pride in their work, are unmotivated, disengaged, dispassionate, will never go the extra mile. But that is exactly what Wells Fargo will be left with on their teams. And that is exactly what Wells Fargo deserves.
Wells Fargo is striving hard for mediocrity and they are achieving it.

Being generous, there are probably 2000 employees out of ~240,000 who visit this site and about 500 who comment. That leaves ~238,000 who are either happy or don't let it ruin their lives. I seriously doubt you'll get much traction but off you go. Good luck and Godspeed.
