Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

RTO Has Now Gone too Far

What I find disturbing about this move is our director (a person of 150 associates (LOL)) will also need to commute to the office and find a desk to sit at just like everyone else. That my friends is incompetence. They are cutting the legs out from under the leaders.

In sum, this stuff adds up my friends. Add to the equation the bonus changes, 401K match change, and the nasty diversity push. The next thing will be forced vaccination.

Once the CEO is displaced we will again find equilibrium.

Op - Please clarify if you know for sure that a Director with 150 people under them is actually going to have to sit in the shared workspace area like the rest of the peasants. Do you know that for a fact? Or is it just speculation. There will most likely be a double standard for these "important" Directors instead.

There's no relationship between DE&I and actual diversity.

If you actually want diversity, you have to Include people opposed to DE&I.

So you think the boss being treated like every other employee is bad and you also think diversity is "nasty." Let me guess... you're a white male maga loser with delusions of grandeur?

If the boss wasn't forced to RTO, then people would scream "unfair! Why do I have to go back if they don't?!?!?!!!!!". So, as always, heads I win, tails you lose is the plan on The Layoff.

Charlie seems to be going out of his way to destroy Wells Fargo. The Board better act, before the Feds do.
