Psst...AI/automation is going to make most of them obsolete as well, in less than a decade. Automation is going to usher in a whole world of hurt as far as jobs go. And once other companies see how much they can use/abuse it, the pace will get faster and faster.

I love how they lie to American workers here and tell them the India headcount is "support." Your manager will dump you so quick it will make your head spin if they can replace you. Once you see Indians doing the same thing your doing or watching over your shoulder, you're screwed. You have 6mo. Happened to me here before. My manager lied to me and said I was going to do more mission critical stuff. I worked my a-s off doing my job and helping train those guys. Your manager will stab you in back as soon as possible, rockstar today, worthless dog tomorrow. Luckly i found another job internal where i knew the manager directly.

Don't worry those 100K customer facing jobs are also at risk. They will automate the he-l out of those jobs and give numbers direct to giant call centers in India. Human's will only be used for only the most lucrative sales.
