Paired programming, so only one person is pi---d off and bitter about having to carry your a-s, instead of the whole team.
We do not ise that.
No, we decided to do it ourselves due our feckless leader. This methodology has been around a long time and if you have a healthy team it works. We prefer mobbing sessions with our current team. Over the past 2 years I have learned a lot.
