So - Charlie has not managed to gain the trust of his employees, the regulators OR our customers.

You are so right! IMO, it’s getting old that people keep kicking Bernie Madoff. He never intended to rip off clients for 30 years in a row. Poor guy.

How about repeat offenders for DUI? They can’t help it if their bartenders always over-serve them They deserve a break from those impossible-to-please police officers.

Come on the whole company has turned over 3 times now. Getting old seeing people kick this company. I've made a career at this bank and it hasn't been that bad. There's lot of great people working here. Change doesn't have to happen from the top down, change can go from the bottom up as well.
