Hi, does anybody tell the pay range (TC) for these 3 levels? One below CEO and their direct reports and one the below. Many have moved from other banks and just curious how much is the pay for them to just ship

I have never been against the top brass earning big dollars. It gives us all a goal to reach.
Over the last twenty years, part of the major problems are the over excessive salary $250,000 pluses, stocks, bonus , benefits and paid expenses that those Wells Fargo people from low/middle management to seniors, directors, executives positions are profiting while cheating and exploiting Wells Fargo, customers and workers. One important fact is abundance of overpaid, arrogance and lazy Wells Fargo higher-ups are ineffective in their jobs as officers of the Bank and they fail to uphold their fiduciary obligations. They are all for their own self-interests first. They are professional theives, cons and they should get their pays slash, demotions and firings .

When ML was leading marketing he came in at 635,000 plus yearly bonus 1 times his annual salary.
Seen like 3-4 posts asking what they pay of someone 3 down is, from another bank..

"3 down in retail 400-500k total comp." Can't believe that low. My extrapolated guess is: even a Jr. EVP earns close to $1M.
Even $250,000 would be too much pay for Clowns.
