Oracle is the 289th best place to work in America. Lots of pride there. They have TP to wipe people’s faces.

For heaven's sake, why are you still there??? Unless you are so close to retirement, looking is not worth it, go find something. Jobs are exploding all over the place. There is zero reason to stay there anymore. Receding benefits, no raises, no bonuses, declining quality of workforce and a highly toxic environment. Sounds like a winning combination to me.

There is nothing left anymore. The best have either retired or moved on.

We are losing skilled people every quarter. Not allowed to hire external, must be internal transfers only. No pay raises for them. The only people we can get are those who have been so mistreated by their current management that they are willing to shift. Might as well start with a new company, only it's easier to just slack off.

Turnover of key, experienced staff is reaching record numbers. I have not seen anything like it in my 12 years. We have products that even our support staff do not know how to use!
