When working Saturday no more days off during the week. Is this something new? Sounds to me like forced attrition.

OP I heard the same thing. They expect to split 40 hours over 6 days. People will definitely leave
OP, are you exempt or non-exempt? That’s a crucial detail.
If over 40 hours of work, Wells pays at a rate of time and a half for hourly workers. I have seen it on my pay checks.
Comp time has always been a courtesy at every company ever.
It's called overtime, and some states pay time and half or better depending on how many hours you work.
Doesn't make up for a lack of time off but it eases the pain.
Maybe consider changing the leadership in your state if the labor laws are not on your side.
I don't mean to be political but that's the solution if the company is prioritized over you.
communications went out some time ago about doing away with comp time, but if your schedule calls for regular weekends the make sure it is documented that on weeks where working a weekend you will take a specific day off during the week. if they won't the stop working weekends.
When I work weekends I get comp time but nothing official. My manager says just keep track and take time off as appropriate. No idea what you're talking about OP.
What are you talking about? We need more detail because most of us are here 5 days a week and are very underutilized
