Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

FIRE SCHARF and His Cronies Now!

How many years do we (as employees) have to pay for Senior Leadership's mistakes? Granted Scharf came in after the fake accounts scandal and "Promised" to resolve this issue quickly, guess 5 years is quick for him..........and he we go again with anther scandal on HIS watch!

Who are the real losers in all of this? The employees getting screwed and forced out the door because we have inept leadership at the top and you know the saying "SH#T flows downhill" while they keep their cushy bonuses and pay.

Anyone else getting as sick of this as I am after being in WF for what I feel is WAY too long dealing with this BS!?

I know, get another job, trust me, it is on my radar!

Chainsaw Charlie’s not done cutting staff - he still has work to get done before letting him go

While it would be great for Chuckles to be on his way, getting a new CEO would be another trip through he-l. WFC has systemic problems - so systemic that no one WANTS to come here! Chuckles didn’t and he wasn’t even first choice! Regulators also have to approve choice because of the state we’re in.

So Chuckles is taking the ride, grabbing all the cash in sight and bringing along a bunch of friends to keep him company.

This place, sadly, needs a wrecking ball with the rubble dropped off with other companies to take in.

He's not going anywhere until he can bleed WFC some more. The recent board appointments are Chase cronies.

Depends on his contract and what it would cost to buy that out if he was to leave prior to the end of it. At that level you should expect to see at least 3, probably 5 year contracts. Would also cost too much for WF to buy it out. And remember, the board loves him. As long as stock prices are good, they won't do anything to him. Is all about $$$ and nothing else.

I think you're close. I just think it will be sometime next year. But it very well could be the first week? We will see.

Stop paying! Stop being an employee right now!
