Phone conversion, what a joke!!! Leadership is clueless to focus on a metric that is impossible to control. But that’s ok let’s micro manage it, stress out all your managers so they leave or risk their mental health and loss of sleep for something impossible rendering it hopeless to do the job effectively as a whole. Makes it really clear Verizon gives a cr-p and then you want a good survey from your managers… yea ok. No gapping, hourly updates and numerous amount of conference calls a day will change this number. Telling people to add a quote and see if it’s free to slam a customer for something they don’t need should never be anything we hear from a DM level. It’s in acceptable. It’s unethical. I will not pass that method on to my reps. If we discover a need we sell that need. Raising the goal won’t change the result have some knowledge of the market and your demographics!

Wait... are you saying that pushing the door open several times throughout the day would mess with their precious metrics...???
we use to be able to stand outside and hang out on nice days, but because of the bulls**t phone conversion which apparently is measured by “door swings” we cant hang outside… were basically worked like slaves these days
