This is not a normal work environment.

I wish everyone finds the grass to be greener on the other side.

This is not normal to stress your workforce out to the brink of quitting.

This is not normal to NOT communicate with your employees, gas light them, and string them along.

This is not normal for your employees to have no idea of business continuity plans during a pandemic

This is not normal that the C suite sits back and does nothing about employee morale.

I hope that each and everyone finds work with an employer who treats you like a human.

Used the manager center on teamworks yesterday to review resignation policy. Surprised there were over 6600 views in the last 30 days. I wish the best for those choosing to remain to keep this beast alive....

My team lost 7 people in 2 weeks. My manager told me we are bleeding we are all trying to figure out what to do.

The only grass that would be greener is retirement.
New jobs are exciting for only a moment and then they are not.

Really, what are they supposed to say? We are having mass layoffs now to downsize and that work will be completed within the next year.

But don't get comfy after that, we have major automation and offshoring projects underway to get rid of a he-l of a lot more of you over the next 3-4 years.

That is what is happening.

The number I thought before of 200K looks to be just starters with more in the few years after that.

I'm gonna wager WFC is at 170k employees by 2026.

After working for several banks over my years, I can attest, this is not a normal work environment and is hands down, the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. This constant state of fight or flight is physically unhealthy and cannot be maintained. WFC is a troubled 747 circling the airport, oxygen masks have dropped, it is dumping its fuel tanks, no landing gear… just preparing for the impending emergency landing. Nobody really knows how or if this b* is going to land without bursting into flames on impact.

Sounds like you're starting to believe what you read on this site. Do you honestly think you have any insight into what the C suit thinks? Do you think communications to over 200,00 people is going to be anything other than a general explanation of strategic goals? This is for your manager to talk through with you. This site just perpetuates nonsense.

Go to work, do your job to the best of your ability, go home and enjoy your life or if you really believe all this stuff, get out of Corporate America all together. Just my 2 cents worth.
