Sign in on Monday to a past due email from Properties that I had not completed the RTO data collection survey. Confusing because I never received a first request to complete it. Scroll down my inbox only to find they did send it - on Sunday. So not only are we given less than 24 hours to complete a survey, but we are expected to be reviewing work emails over the weekend? To add insult to injury, I could not submit my completed survey - no error message and no confirmations that it went through. We can do better Wells Fargo.

They sent me mine on Thursday evening. Only reason that I saw it was because I was working late. It had a 3-day response request...
Sounds like you aren’t taking responsibility and are now trying to blame wells for it
