What’s the policy when someone gets COVID in a store nowadays.
Had someone gets covid and we were all around them and they keeping us open like nothing happened

Store in my district closed for 8 days a couple weeks ago. So it should be something still in effect. Maybe the person who got it wasn’t vaccinated and the rest of you that was around that person was vaccinated.

In the south if you’re vaccinated and you don’t want to go to work because you’re “scared” then it’s UIA…cannot use Personal/Vacation days. If you think you have symptoms, better test…if you don’t then it’s UIA only. Bottom line, you better test and get a positive if you want to be paid by the company. Thank the people who abused the policy for this!
are there going to be any disciplinary actions for those not vaccinated but did not wear their mask inside the stores location?

Not vaccinated, get paid to stay home for 2 weeks to quarantine even if no symptoms. Vaccinated must use personal or vacation time. And now even if you were vaccinated you must wear a mask inside?? So why get vaccinated again? Stupidest thing I have ever heard of. And now so much evidence of vaccinated catching Covid. So explain what this "vaccine" does and why are they paying people to take it? SMH

Technically, if you were vaccinated, you are not required to quarantine, but you can use personal/vacation time if you were directly exposed. If you were not vaccinated, then you have to quarantine.
