WF Culls Employees With RTO

This is how CC, and other sociopath CEO's, will reduce headcount. Got my popcorn ready to watch the sl------r of the common people with Delta. The CDC says its coming, just a matter of time.

@ien+1c5eulF3 “The end of the road is here.” Well you got that part right, for most folks. The only way out is to trust in Jesus.

Ah yes, what a win for informed consent. Not coercive at all.

@pfo+1c5eulF3 is 100% correct.

My husband is an attorney and his firm provides guidance to companies on navigating pandemic-related activities. The moment FDA approval comes through, most corporations (if not ALL companies) will mandate vaccines as condition of employment.

Today, news release that Delta variant research has found it to be more transmissable than flu and common cold... on par with chicken pox transmissibility (VERY HIGH).

Companies would never allow someone with chicken pox to infect an office AND they do not need to accommodate anti-vaxxers by permitting remote work.

Needle up, anti-vaxxers! (those who aren't independently wealthy and need a job)

The end of the road is almost here.

Charlie will reluctantly be forced to either push back the RTO plans entirely, make them a whole lot more accommodating to people, or face lawsuits from workers and their families for “forcing” RTO in a dangerous work environment with an infectious, deadly disease that spreads like chickenpox. With the new CDC study that’s about to be released (or maybe was today) Chuckie is intentionally putting all employees and their families at risk of a more serious strain of COVID if he sticks to his RTO plan.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/29/politics/cdc-masks-covid-19-infections/index.html

Chuckie couldn’t give two sh--s about any of the employees or their families, but I don’t think he’s actually d-mb enough to unnecessarily force 100,000+ people back into offices where some employees and their family members will end up incredibly sick and/or die because of his directive.

He will drag his feet way too long before authorizing SP to issue a new directive and pout about all the missed opportunities for in-person collaboration, but I will just sit back and laugh when that email comes out! D-mb schmuck!

Source is a friend who works for a company working closely with WFC as well as other large companies across the country. I purposely did not overstate his position, but he has been on the leading edge and 100% accurate on everything so far.

@pfo - So basically, they’ll pull out of RTO at the very, very last minute, but not before a lot of people complain and quit first. Got it.

If the results weren't so tragic to so many I would find it laughable the leadership term uses the term 'cull the herd' as the closest they have ever come to livestock is when the butcher hands them their wrapped meat at the meat counter.

I am hearing from a “fairly good source” that RTO is not going to happen. Same is true with other companies as well. Many companies were on the after- Labor Day train, but are realizing it’s not going to happen with the Delta heating up.

On another note, I have a family member who works for a utility company. She said that they were told in a meeting that full FDA approval is expected on some of the vaccines by Jan 2022 or possibly earlier. When that happens, the utility company said they will mandate vaccines or employees will be fired. They expect other companies will follow suit at that time.
