Need to accelerate the layoffs. Way too many lazy entitled employees out there still. Too many useless meetings on the calendar. Too many inefficient processes and red tape still.

Where is the dead weight? Work levels are high. This week is three days in and today was my shortest day at 11 hours. Tomorrow and Friday are lining up to be working until at least 10pm as well.
Remove 3-4k from the total for divestiture people that still show up in the count.
Agree completely. I talked with at least 6 people today that Wells Fargo would be better off without. Where is that board to sign people up who need to go.
